green life

i could still vividly remember those days in the NCC

i'm very inspired by amir's stories in the camp

now i cant wait for the real "Green Resort"

"Bottles up!", "Caps off!", "Drink up!"

The 200 robots regimentally followed the order given by the cadet lieutenant (CLT) who was already in his 'smart 4' (green fatigues with sleeves neatly folded up to bicep level).

I couldn't believe what I was made to go through.

Replenishing the body with water has got to be the most natural action any dehydrated animal does.

In here,

it was choreographed to the last detail.

Nobody was allowed to drink before the final command was given.

Everyone had to hold up the bottle at chest level.

The bottle had to be filled to the brim.

Dripping, even the tiniest drop was PUNISHABLE.

The first make-fun-of-the-bloody-cadet game had begun.

At 6 in the morning.

The first two commands were promptly executed and

all 200 of us robots were waiting for the final one so that we could drink the cursed water and

release the cursed weight from our hand. haha

Nope, no such luck, sucka.

The final command was deliberately withheld.

Some of us had begun to fidget uncontrollably.

Hands started to waver.

Then it happened.

You could hear it so distinctly in the crisp and deadly silence of dawn

dollops of water hit the ground in such a fashion that sent the CLT face squirming in aghast.

It was as if he hadn't expected this to happen

and he was truly shocked by the first collective mistake of his company.

"Knock it down, bloody hell!"

What have I done to deserve this?

It was only 6.10

and no sight of the sun yet.

It was to be such a long, arduous day.

well..

i still got 2 years of THAT soon enough

hahaha

wish me luck

War is an ugly thing,

but not the ugliest of things.

The decayed state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth

war is much worse.

The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight,

nothing which is more important than his own life,

is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and

kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.
