i chatted up with one of my good buddies
but it somehow turn to a debate.
A debate which got heated but yielded fantastic opinions.
We were discussing about discipline and efficiency in the army(which something all guys have to go through after completing their tertiary studies...arrrggghhh !!!)
We all know that discipline is a constricting, regimental and tension-inducing form of work-ethic.
It ensures that the men stand in line, make sure their haircuts are neat (goshg..i cant remeber when was the last time i had straight haircut) and tells them (haha..more like bark at them)to be on time for work.
Efficiency on the other hand shows that when it comes to work, it must be fulfilled no matter what are the sacrifices.
By being efficient you actively use your puny, freckled brain to solve the problems and decrease the time by which you need to solve them.
Now wouldn't it be better if everyone could just follow the guideline smoothly and justly?
The issue here has definitely wacked from some cornwall portion of my brain.
However, the issue has yet to be solved
Does discipline outrank efficiency in doing your job?
state your opinions on my humble tagboard please
thank you
and may God blast you
